Refund policy

At Driftstater, we want you to be stoked with your gear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong size or a faulty item, please contact us and we’ll organise a replacement or exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue so we can sort it out quickly.
